How this works

Copper State Septic is a referral service, not a septic company. When you call or send a request, it goes to one independent septic contractor who works in the Phoenix area. They give you the quote and do the work.

Your request goes to one contractor

We send each request to one contractor. We don't sell your details or pass them to other contractors. The privacy page explains how they're stored.

What happens after you reach out

1. You call (480) 542-8315 or send the request form.
2. Calls ring through to the contractor. Form requests are passed to them, and they call you back.
3. They ask a few questions, such as where the tank is, when it was last pumped, and whether there's a closing date, then schedule a visit and give you a price.
4. From there you deal with the contractor directly.

Who does the work

The contractor is an independent local business. They're responsible for their own quote, pricing, licensing, insurance and any warranty. Ask about all of these before you agree to the work. For a home-sale inspection, ask which state qualification the inspector holds.

The contractor pays Copper State Septic for the referral. That cost isn't a separate line on your bill.
