This page explains what happens to the details you give us, and what this site measures about visits.
What we collect
When you send the request form, we receive your name, phone number, email if you add it, city, the service you picked and anything you write in the message box. When you call, the phone system records the number you called from, the time and the length of the call. Calls may be recorded to confirm requests were handled.
How we use it
We pass your request to one independent local septic contractor so they can contact you about the job. We don't sell your details or pass them to other contractors, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
How it's stored
Form requests are stored by our website host, Netlify. Call records are stored by our phone provider. We keep records only as long as we need them to confirm requests were handled.
Site analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read, and count clicks on the phone number and form sends. Google Analytics uses cookies and doesn't receive what you type into the form. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out add-on.
